Ok, this game requires a couple of steps to play:

Not a DOS game, don't use it on DOSBox.
To play this game first you need to install the vdsrun30.exe on your computer, that will install some files that are required to play the game, then you need to run the SETUP.EXE, that will allow you play the game, and after that all you have to do is click on the Md.exe and you will be able to play the game, works well even on my Windows 7 Ultimate 64.

Attention, this game is quite rare to find.

Almost all the sites that have it makes you pay, I hope you will enjoy it, since it took me so much work to get it  :)

And a final note, it's not a DOS game, so don't try to run it on DOXBox, it comes with a .reg file, add it to your registry (by double click it). It works good on my Windows XP without any more changes, but I don't seem to make it work on my Windows 7 Ultimate, even using compatibility modes.
